Im a dyslexic adult and i use to have fish oil in my diet as a child but then stooped in college. I recently added fish oil to my diet again 2 months ago. Since then i feel like i have been learning things easier. I was told by my parents and grandparents since i was very young that i should take fish oiltry adding fish oil to your die and see if you can feel a difference

I've heard from many peopel that the dyslexia causes are genetic but have heard less about dyslexia causes being based on nutrition and fish oils. Is thsi a mainstream view of dyslexia causes or would other people disagree that lack of 'essential fatty acids' is one of the causes of dyslexia?
