Auditory Processing Disorder in the UK (APDUK)

Auditory Processing Disorder (APD) is about having problems processing what you hear, or a listening disability. (Including processing speech) Dyslexia is about having problems processing the visual notation of speech, or graphic symbols. So APD is just one of many underlying cognitive causes of the dyslexic symptoms. APDUK is the main support organisation for those who have APD in the UK.
