I am in the process of thinking of moving my daughter from her current sixth form as she has just got an E is her recent resit of GCSE English to find one which is more suited for children with dyslexia. I am a single parent student and would really appreciate any recommendations.

I would like to know if my daughter will need her maths GCSE, she is border line dyslexic and would like to do hairdressing on a day release basis. I know that to enter college she will need 2 core subjects hence the maths and one science subject.

Dear Dido,
A friend of mine used an organisation called BHT (www.bht.co.uk) to help them to find a suitable Sixth Form. They have close links with a number of the top sixth form colleges.

My son is in the GCSE year now and would like to change schools for the sixth form. Has anyone found a good London sixth form college or school with dyslexia help in the sixth form? He is not too severely dyslexic but will continue to need some help, and may not do brilliantly at GCSE.
