i have been diagnosed as having a non verbal learning disability and dyspraxia i am currently on incapacity benefit and DLA since leaving school i have struggled holding down jobs and suffered bullying in the workplace. Because i was unable to cope in the workplace i would end up self harming. i now know that for me going back into employment would make my condition worsen. i do voulantary work as i can choose what i do and the hours i can cope with which is 2/3 hours a week i think those dyspraxaics who cannot hold down a job should not be forced to undergo assessment after assessment by the dwp and should be able to retain their benefits.
