Hello,
I'm Italian and new to this forum. We will move to London next summer and I want to find a good school for my 11 years old child, who suffers from mild dyslexia. He is attending an English school now, but not receiving adequate support for his problems. I would like to find a good school either in the area of Richmond (were we would like to rent a house) or near Oxford (were I already found a good school for the other two siblings).
Do you have any suggestion?
I found some schools but they are really too expensive! Annual fee should be not more then 11,000£.
What worries me is that if my son attends a school specialised on dyslexia problems, then he may be discriminated when he will ask admission to high school or university...what do you think?
I hope to receive some of your suggestions!
Thank you
Valentina

You could consider King Alfred's in Hampstead, who are very supportive of my children's dyslexia
