Hi, can anybody tell me the best way to teach dylexic students practical hairdressing skills. I find they struggle greatly with the cutting part. Maybe this is because of the angles and patterns they need to remember and follow? Do you think they remember information better by using pictures reather than text and demonstrations?

dyslexics exhibits learning difficulties in certain specific areas...It could be in the academic areas which has brought so much of attention to this subject.A dyslexic child shows spikes of intelligence.In some areas he could be showing extreamly high potential and in some areas he could be showing very low potential.His IQ is average to above average unlike slow leaners.Slow leaners are slow in all kinds/area of learning while dyslexics are slow in only certain kinds/areas of learning.
